And than I could enter the NCK when the Virgin simcard is in it. For technically my phone is not locked with an O2 sim card but only locked when a virgin sim card is in it.

What you need to do is contact your service provider e.g orange o2 vodafone, and ask them for your puk code then they will give it to you, you then give it to your new service provider and they transfer your number for you. .
